Presentation Information
Please note only the member intending to present may fill out a nomination card.* Presenter must be at least a 1 year member in good standing. Presenter must complete and submit a 501c3 Charitable Organization Fact Sheet prior to the meeting date. Fact Sheet and submission deadline information will be emailed to all members 2 weeks in advance of the meeting date.
I have a local 501(c)3 charity/non-profit that I want to present at the meeting. I have been a member for at least one year. If my charity/non-profit is selected for presentation, what do I need to talk about in my 5 minute presentation?
Presentations are simple and should not be overly formal. No audio-visual tools are used.

- What is the name of the organization?
- Is the local charity/non-profit a recognized 501(c)(3)? Only charities/non-profits that are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 may be presented. The charity/non-profit shall provide their Federal ID# (EIN#) and their IRS Letter of Determination if selected as the winning nomination.
- If a charity/non-profit is determined to not be a 501(c)3, it will be disqualified from receiving funds.
- Where is the organization located?
- What is the mission of the organization?
- What purpose does the organization serve? Who do they serve? What do they do? How do they do it?
- How would they benefit from receiving the donation? How will the funds be used?
- What is the timeline for use of the funds?
- What is their administrative cost? Please note if there are administrative costs to deliver the identified program or service provided by our donation, they may not exceed 10% of the total 100 Women Who Care donation.
